He is survived by : his siblings, Patricia McKinney of Montrose, PA, Kathy Jo (Chris Birchard) and Tim; his sister-in-law Lori McKinney of Montrose, PA; and his nephew Jack Birchard. He is also survived by aunts, and cousins.
