He was predeceased by: his father Edward W. Millard. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Millard (Smith); his children, Danielle Eberlin (Jonah) of Sugar Run, PA and Ronnie Millard of Laceyville, PA; his siblings, Judy M. Millard of South Montrose, PA and Brian; and his sister-in-law Michelle. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
