She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael DeMeo and Rita DeMeo (Bridgid); her parents-in-law, Burton Earl Whalen and Helen Whalen; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Whalen and Dorothy Whalen.
She is survived by: her husband Burton Guy Whalen; her children, Bernard Whalen (Yuxiang Whalen) and Patricia Whalen-Boone (Joseph Boone Jr.); her grandchildren, Kelly Pickering, Lydia Whalen, Grant Myers and Bridget Roberts (Jacob Roberts); her great grandchildren, Weston and Spencer; her nephew Thomas Whalen; her nieces, Cindy Fisher and Cathy Tracy (Chris Tracy); and her pet Daisy Mae IV.
