He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelley and Doris Kelley (Petrie); his wife Karen D. Kelley (Read); and his sisters, Kay Braisted and Carol Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Corey Kelley (Gwen), Robin Bruce (Marshall), Missy Young and Bobbie Jo Boyle (Kris); and his siblings, Lauren Coyle and Bill Kelley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
