He is survived by: his wife Linda Pavlak Francis; his sons, Brian (Angie) and Randy Francis (Caryn); his grandchildren, Jet Skylar, Max and Ivy; and his sisters, Marian Long of Seattle, WA and Julie Crater of Potomac, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
