He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rapp and Frances Swoboda Rapp; and his brothers, James H. Rapp and William Rapp. He is survived by: his nieces, Laura Boucher, Jamie (Matt Beilstein), Mercer and Mandy (Garrett Mudrick); his great-niece Evie Beilstein; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Rapp and Mary Jane Rapp.
