She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Edwin "Ned" Harper Jr. and Dorothy Jane Musser Harper; and her pets, Muffy and Laddie. She is survived by: her sister Deborah A. Bassett; her sibling's children, Kimberly Powers (Kenneth), Timothy Bassett (Cheryl) and James Bassett (April); and her pets, Breezy and Tassie.
