She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma A. Decker and Robert A. Decker; and her brother Robert G. Decker. She is survived by: her children, Robin Scharding (Gregory) of Concord, NC and Marcy John (Larry) of Aliquippa; her close friend Bundle of Joy; and her significant other Frank Kirin.
