He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lee Neugebauer Sr. of Pleasantville, PA.; and his brother Richard Neugebauer. He is survived by: his mother Amber Lee Neugebauer; his children, Ron Neugebauer (Ashley) of Coraopolis, PA and Leighann Neugebauer; and his siblings, Tammy Holland (Marty) and Sam Neugebauer (Terri) of Georgetown, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
