He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lucci (Devinney); his children, Sammy Lucci V and Gianna Lucci; his parents, Marlene Lucci (Hecht) and Samuel Lucci III (MaryJo Young); his sister Dana (Adam Naddelman); his parents-in-law, Patrick and Clara Devinney; and his siblings-in-law, Matthew (Lauren Devinney) and Stephanie (Erik Heyl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his name to Esophageal Cancer Awareness Association (ECAware.org).
