He is survived by: his sister Judy Evans (John); his brother-in-law David Gazda (Edie Richards); and his nieces and nephews, Dr. Robert Stark, Valerie Stark, Sherri Stark, Dr. Dana Evans, Dr. John Evans, Marissa McQuiston and Evan Gazda.
