He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Zalewski and Blanche Zalewski (Worek); his wife Patricia Zalewski; his son Gerald Klotz II; his grandchildren, Jennifer and Jeffrey Klotz; and his brothers, Carl Zaleski (Kay) and Edward Zalewski (Anne Marie).
He is survived by: his children, Lisa King of Cleveland, Jeffrey Klotz of Moon Township and Jason Zalewski (Lori) of Moon Township; his grandchildren, Alison King, Ariana Zalewski, Alex Zalewski and Jessica Klotz; his great grandchildren, Haisley Hunt and Holden Hunt; and his siblings, Leon Zalewski (Veronica) and Mary Ann Zalewski.
