She was predeceased by: her parents, John Skelly and Marie Skelly (Pedley). She is survived by: her husband Joseph R DeFazio Sr.; her children, Joseph DeFazio Jr. of Chicago, Jill DeFazio of Easton, PA and Jeffery DeFazio (Elisabeth) of Moosic; her grandchildren, Ava and Aubree DeFazio; and her sister Sarah Orazzi of Moosic. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
