She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph D. Schmidt; her parents, Genard Riccardo and Laura Caterino Riccardo; and her siblings, Lucy Riccardo, Angela Spinuzza, Philomena Occhipinti, Olga Sacco, Jennie Ferrese, Rose Mary Pupalitis and Anthony Riccardo.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Lu Ann) of Kingwood, Texas, Gregory (Donna) of Raleigh, NC, Glenn (Dahnielle) of Chester Springs, PA and Geoffrey (Dena) of Moscow; her grandchildren, Jennifer Schmidt, Kathryn Wright (Alphie), Matthew Schmidt (Sarah Katherine), Eric Schmidt (Ryne Martinez), Ian Schmidt (Bethany Hsiao), Addison, Payton and Lucas Schmidt; her great grandchildren, Michael, Ethan, Violet Schmidt, Isaiah Tucker, Benjamin and Samuel Wright; her sisters, Ida Sciabarasi (Vincent) of Caldwell, NJ and Grace Coggi of Syracuse, NY; and her caregivers, Jene, Abby, Alexis and Jessica. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
