She was predeceased by: her husband Donald J. Lewis Sr.; her parents, Stanley Tomczyk and Jean Tomczyk (Talinski); and her brothers, Francis, Stanley and Michael Tomczyk.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Mitchell of Moosic, Kenneth Lewis (Yvonne) of Dillwyn, VA, Elaine Shillabeer (Harry), Donald J. Lewis Jr. (Lisa) of Scranton, William Lewis Sr. (Janet) of Taylor and Melissa Karaliunas (Martin) of Covington Twp; and her sister Ann Marie Tomczyk of Old Forge. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
