He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Diane Rakar; his children, Lori Coleman (Scott) of Carlisle, James A. Cervenak, Jr. of Morann, Katherine Gingrich (Ty) of Dillsburg and Cheryl Chadderton (Bryan) of Aldie, VA; his siblings, Helen Kost of Michigan, Irene Bailey of Florida, Frances Clancy of New York and Joseph Cervenak of Morann; his grandchildren, Vanessa Caruso (Fred) of Sinking Springs and Derrick Coleman of Philadelphia; and his great grandchild Kora Caruso. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew, and great nieces and nephews.
