He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Howe and Genevieve I. Howe (Grove); his wife Sharon Kay Cartwright; and his siblings, Margaret Kephart, Cathy Updike, Jesse Howe and William Howe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Delores Litzinger of Clearfield, PA, Ruby Clark (Raymond) of Philipsburg, PA, Sarah Conaway (James) of Milesburg, PA and Walter Howe (Amy) of Osceola Mills, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
