He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Howard and Geraldine Bailey (Reed); and his wife Patricia Marie Bailey (Wilhelm). He is survived by: his children, Joseph F. Bailey, Jr. (Patty) of Westover, John E "Eddie" Bailey of Morgantown and Judith Lamonds of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Randall, Marie, Kevin, Ben, Chrissy and Brandon; his brother Johnny Bailey; his half-brother David Bailey; Larry Johnson of Morgantown. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
