The passing of Omar K. Beam (Morgantown, Pennsylvania) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 28, 2025 at the age of 98. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Beam and Ada Beam (Hertzler) of Morgantown, PA; his wife Ruth A. Stoltzfus; and his siblings, Susanna Snader, Daniel Beam, Glenn Beam and James Beam.

He is survived by: his children, Ken Beam (Ken Robinette), Barbara Wingfield (Steve), Charlene Rutt (Peter), Diane Beam and Nelson Beam (Marilyn); his siblings, Titus Beam (Violet), Dale Beam (Lil), Arlene Eberly and Fran Gunzenhauser; his in-laws, Lois Beam and Carol Beam; Elsie Petersheim, Vera Styer (Clayton), John Wilmer Stoltzfus (Laurel) and Fern Clemmer (Dennis). He is also survived by his children, 11 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Conestoga Mennonite Church (2779 Main St, Morgantown, PA 19543). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
