He is survived by: his parents, Christopher A. and Wendy L. Crouse (Treese); his son Lewis A. Crouse; his brother Camdin A. Crouse of Hawk Run; his grandmothers, Joyce A. Walter of Lewisburg and Theresa A. Williams (Blair) of Altoona; and his stepgrandmother Torus Crouse of York. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, in addition to his parents.
