He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver F. Strayer and Ruby E. Strayer (Lindstrom); and his sisters, Beverley A. Strayer and Norma J. Arrington. He is survived by: his sisters, Olive F. Strayer of Chicago and Billie J. Stott-French (James) of Ramey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
