He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Collazo Negron and Maria Perez Perez. He is survived by: his wife Olga Collazo Ocasio; his children, Ervin (Falisha), Olga "Judy" (Tom), Frank (Rosaura), Robert (Tia) and Delma (John); and his niece Diana Arroyo. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
