He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Katie; his siblings, Floyd Phillips (Cecelia), Charles Phillips, Julie Pietrocarlo (Jim), Mary Carol Phillips Allen and Jean Kemper (David); and his sister-in-law Lee Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
