He is survived by: his father John Phillips; his wife Marie "Tina" Phillips (Sweeney); his children, Lauren Fabian (Phil) and Elaina Phillips (Rob Fisher); his pet Lady; his grandchildren, Cameron Scott-Phillips, Mariah Scott-Phillips, Cassidy Fisher, Jordan Fisher, Claire Fabian and Alison Fabian; his siblings, Jacque Ross (Frank), Michael Phillips (Kathy), Bunny Thiboutot, Val Phillips and Pete Phillips; and his sister-in-law Donna Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
