He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Fellman (Leek); and his children, Russell Fellman, III (Karen) and Deborah Pullen (Rich). He is also survived by 9 Loving Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren, Also survived by nieces and nephews.
