She is survived by: her friend Sunday Hollman; her husband Walter Smith Sr.; her sons, Gary Mayo (Kareemah Dewitt) and Jermaine Smith; her goddaughter Shaunta'Miller; her siblings, Karl Mayo, Bruce Mayo (Margaret) and Isabella Hardy; and her caregiver Sabrena McKenzie. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Morton (506 N Morton Ave, Morton, PA 19070). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
