He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia "Jenny" Lockley and William "Bootsie" Lockley; his wife Geraldine Lockley (Jane); and his son Myron Lockley (Angie). He is survived by: his children, Albert Lockley (Sharon), Jerome Lockley (Felicia) and Ramona Lockley; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Lockley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 13 great‑grandchildren.
