She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Paulowskey and Maryann Paulowskey (Medugno); and her brother Anthony Paulowskey. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Hoffman; and her siblings, Alexander Paulowskey, Joseph Paulowskey, Cecilia "Cece" Mercuri and Deborah "Debbie" Stevens.
