He is survived by: his wife Kathie Piazza; his son Ricky Thomas Piazza Jr.; his grandchildren, Luke, Haden, Alice, Ricky Thomas Piazza III and Brody; his brother Randy Piazza (Sue Piazza); and his nephews, Randy Jr. and Scott.
