She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Tomkowiak and Anna Tomkowiak (Zalesky); and her siblings, Bernard Tomkowiak, Alfred Tomkowiak, Clem Tomkowiak, Agnes Prosnick and Helen Bernas.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Joy Harkinson (Robert), Terry Thomas (Milton Sellers) and Michael Prosnick (Denise); and her caregiver Marie Crawford. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
