She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Kates of Kulpmont; her siblings, Paula Macedonio (Frank) of Monticello and Joseph Slodysko (Kathy) of Florida; and her stepchildren, Beth Gesumaria (Philip) of Selinsgrove and John Kerprich (Mandilee) of Stroudsburg. She is also survived by one grandson; four great grandchildren.
