He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pauline, Charles Snyder, Caroline and Frank Slovinsky; his sister Heather Slovinsky; his granddaughter Gabriella; and his cousin Aaron Savadge.
He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Slovinsky and Susan Slovinsky (Snyder) of Marion Heights; his wife Lisa Slovinsky of Mt. Carmel; his sister Shannon Spotts (Ken) of Kulpmont; his children, Derek Mihalik (Kirsten) of Sunbury, Judd Slovinsky of Mt. Carmel and Kelsea Ann Slovinsky of Washington County, PA; and his granddaughter Annabelle Rose. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and three nieces.
