She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Sebastian and Helen Marie Sebastian (Gorman); her husband Michael J. Boylan; her son-in-law Peter Betz; and her brothers, Thomas Sebastian (Theresa) and Francis Sebastian.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Boylan (Kathleen) of Mt. Carmel, Suzanne Betz of Strong and Michelle Pitcavage (Michael) of Natalie; her grandchildren, Michael Boylan (Liz), Christine Lokitis (BJ), Peter Betz, Jr. (Tara), Daniel Betz (Katelynn), Michael Pitcavage, Jr. (Lindsey) and Marcus Pitcavage; her great grandchildren, Michael Patrick, Nikolas Boylan, Colin, Hannah Lokitis, Harper, Gavin Pitcavage and Peter John "PJ" Betz; and her sister-in-law Ann Sebastian of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home (40 S Market St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (47 S Market St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
