She was predeceased by: her parents, John and May Shustack (Clifford); and her siblings, Joseph E. Shustack, Margaret Link and Sarah Johns (Frank Russell).
She is survived by: her siblings, John Shustack of Mt. Carmel and Bernadine Miller of Gilberton; and her sister-in-law Barbara A. Shustack of Turkey Run. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
