With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. Ferrari of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Smelter and Martha T. Smelter (Novack); her husband Leo H. Ferrari of Joseph's Church; her daughter Suzanne Mace; and her siblings, Leonard J. Smelter and Irene Smelter.
She is survived by: her children, Leo J. Ferrari, Paul Ferrari (Kathy) and Debroah Jarrell (James); her grandchildren, Melissa Dunlop (John), Cassandra Mace and Jessy Lynn Stancavage; and her great grandchildren, Madison Dunlop and Gavin Dunlop. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
