He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leon and Lorraine Consevage (D'Alexander); and his siblings, Mark Consevage and Sharon Consevage. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Consevage; his children, Jolene Croker (Todd), Amy Baskin and Roger Baskin (Lisa); and his siblings, John Consevage (Teri), Mary Ann Pasterski (Rick) and Linda Consevage. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; as well as nieces and nephews.
