He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Costello and Annabelle H. Costello (Dallago); his wife Janice Costello (Bourke); his son Joseph M. Costello Jr.; and his granddaughter Megan Newhart.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Costello (Kim) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Tanner Joseph Costello, Katelyn Newhart, Jake, Jack Costello and Kaedryn Diguglielmo; and his siblings, Candace Greco of Sarasota, FL and Lawrence Costello (Donna) of Den. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
