He is survived by: his wife Mildred Powell (Feger); his children, Gilbert Powell (Nile Fisher) of Mt. Carmel and Ann Swatsky of Shamokin; and his grandchildren, Nicole Steinbauer (Michael), Kevin Powell (Jillian), Behret, Noelle, Caleb and Jacob. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
