With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman P. Williams Sr. of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon N. Williams Sr. and Theresa E. Williams (Stabinski) of Mt. Carmel, PA.; his children, Norman P. Williams Jr. and Valerie A. Williams; and his grandparents, Norman E. Williams, Madeline E. Williams, Napoleon P. Stabinski and Stanislawa Stabinski.
He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Williams (Heather) of Paxinos, Tammy L. Puchalski of Shamokin and Richard P. Stelma; his stepdaughter Stephanie McDonald (Thomas) of Mt. Carmel; his siblings, Robin Williams (Margaret) of Mt. Carmel, Karen A. Harris of Mt. Carmel, Theresa L. "Tee" Kofskie (Paul) of Marion Heights, Gordon N. Williams Jr. of Diamondtown and Timothy C. Williams (Frances) of Gettysburg; and his close friend Christine Mclaughlin of Mt Carmel. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
