She is survived by: her husband Philip; her son David Augustine (Marie) of Den; her grandchildren, Kaila Roy (Michael) and Justin Augustine (Haley); her daughter Kathy Castellano (Edward) of Pottsville; her grandchildren, Katie Castellano and Kyle Castellano; her daughter-in-law Ann Marie Augustine (late Jeffrey Augustine) of Shamokin; her granddaughters-in-law, Heather Augustine (Chris Jones) and Celeste Dutko (Michael); her great grandchildren, Nadia, Aly, Ashyr, Maddex, Kinslee and Macklin; her sisters, Loretta Fantanarosa and Kathy Golden (Jim); and her sister-in-law Janet Yuskoski.
