He is survived by: his children, Nicole S. Lubinski (Scott) and Douglas M. Frederick (Sara); his brother Thomas Frederick (Ginny); his grandchildren, Olivia, Lucas Lubinski and Hazel Jane Frederick; his nieces, Christine and Tiffany; and his pet Josie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins & best friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rothermel-Heizenroth-Clark Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (387 W Valley Ave, Elysburg, PA 17824). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (2320 Locust Gap Hwy, Mt Carmel, PA 17851).
