He is survived by: his significant other Charlotte Merlavage; his children, Michelle Robertshaw (Bill Robertshaw) and Bill Merlavage Jr. (Diane Merlavage); his granddaughter Hannah Merlavage; and his great grandchild Jace Winters. He is also survived by friends, relatives.
