He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rhoades and Nerine Rhoades (Weibley); his son Matt Rhoades; and his brother Dwayne Rhoades. He is survived by: his children, Lorri Bowers (Gene) of Mt. Holly Springs, Lisa Jumper (Christopher) of Newville and Mark Rhoades of Carlisle; and his brother Steve Rhoades of Carlisle. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
