He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hawbaker and Esther Hawbaker (Ehling); his wife Edna (Leib); his son Dayn; and his brother Craig.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Mason (Jeff) of Mechanicsburg and Jennifer Florer (Michael) of Gettysburg; and his sister Bertha Hawbaker of Enola. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
