He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Kornblum; his nephew Michael Kornblum; and his girlfriend Dianne Decker. He is survived by: his father Michael Kornblum; and his brothers, Daniel (Ann), Stephen (Donna), Philip (Cheryl), Matthew and Adam Kornblum.
