Billman of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, born in Loysville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Billman and Virginia Billman (Hench); and his wife Glenda J. Billman. He is survived by: his children, Brian E. Billman (Stephanie), Amy S. Strong and Elizabeth A. Mosteller (Todd); his grandson Adam; his great grandchildren, Owen, Connor, Bella and Emilia; and his siblings, Judith Morrow and Thomas Billman.
