He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel G. Forry and Cristena Forry (Sauder); and his sister Mary Esther Forry. He is survived by: his wife Ada Forry (Conley); his children, Carl of Lancaster, Joyce of Lancaster, Ivan (Rachel (Miller)) of Lancaster, Joan of Lancaster, David of Lancaster, Alice of Lancaster and Emma (David Gayman) of Orrstown; and his siblings, Lloyd (Nancy (Ewing) Forry) of Orrstown and Ruth (Amos Conley) of Mount Joy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
