Helen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCulley and Helen McCulley (Aveni); and her husband Kenneth R. Eichenlaub. She is survived by: her children, Cindi Lemen (Jeff), Robin and Ralph Eichenlaub; and her grandson Jamie Lemen (Kendra).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Santella Funeral Home (1106 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (806 11th St, Altoona, PA 16602).
