She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob K. Derr and Elva Derr (Rettew); her son-in-law Jeffrey Way; and her brother Waldo Derr. She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Gilbert; her children, Gail Way of Landisville, Sherrie Gilbert of Mount Joy and Christopher Gilbert of Alexandria, VA; her granddaughters, Melissa Way (Adam McClellan) and Sarah Way; her great grandchild Weston McClellan; and her brother Willis Derr of Manheim.
