Lutz) and Karen Mills Reinhart (J. Andrew Reinhart); his grandchildren, Mark James Lutz, Jr., Justin Teague Reinhart and Victoria Grace Reinhart; and his siblings, Diane Dando, Clifton Mills and Jeffrey Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
